The Veteran Pro section in the Diia app became the Ministry of Veterans Affairs’ response to a simple yet critically important need — to create a single place where all relevant services, references, requests, and support for veterans are brought together in one transparent and easy-to-understand digital space.
This is not just a set of interfaces or standalone services. It is a digital ecosystem that integrates state registers, automates processes, and ensures every veteran has fast, dignified, and barrier-free access to what they are entitled to.
A veteran is, first and foremost, a citizen of Ukraine — with rights, needs, and expectations from the state. That is why Diia was a logical and symbolic choice: the place where every Ukrainian receives digital public services.
There is no need to stand in lines, search for information across different institutions, or explain one’s story over and over again. The entire journey — from submitting an application to receiving the result — works within a single digital flow, where data is verified as automatically as possible, decisions are made faster, and errors are minimized.
The Veteran Pro portal is designed to become the main reference hub for veterans — a place that brings together all up-to-date, structured, and clear information on benefits, programs, state and municipal services, as well as opportunities for rehabilitation, education, employment, and social support. It is a space where veterans can quickly find answers to their questions, navigate rules, conditions, and procedures, and receive clear guidance on how to act in different life situations.

This is a dedicated section of the Diia mobile app created for veterans, providing fast and convenient access to digital public services and personal information.
The section includes three categories of services:

◼︎ Services implemented on the Diia portal with specialized or preferential conditions for veterans. For these services, seamless redirection from the app to the Diia portal was implemented, without the need for re-authorization.
◼︎ Services developed specifically for veterans within the Veteran Pro section.
This is a web platform that brings together all reference, regulatory, and practical information necessary for veterans to navigate their rights, benefits, programs, and public services.
Its core purpose is to provide veterans with:

◼︎ access to detailed explanations of procedures, conditions, and rules for obtaining benefits and programs;
◼︎ instructions, step-by-step algorithms, and guidance for various life situations;
◼︎ directories, legal frameworks, contacts, and links to responsible institutions and services.
The portal is not an application submission tool. Instead, it is a place veterans visit to quickly understand their options and receive clear information without searching across multiple websites and sources.
